WHY IS THIS AN IMPORTANT DESSERT?
Because when people have low immunities and suffer from candida (and other yeast overgrowth), they need to avoid immune slamming refined sugar. This dessert, although it won’t taste amazing to the sugar addicted taste buds, will taste AMAZING to someone on restricted diet who has no sugar at all in their system. It only takes 30 days to physically change enough taste buds to start craving healthier food. I’m grateful I’ve changed my tastebuds over. They now recognize WHOLE HEALTHY when they get it!!

kchezelle, Thanks so much for the compliment!! Here’s the thing, when I had a terrible overgrowth of candida (causing digestive pain, allergies, endo pain), I really wanted healthy recipes that still tasted good! This is one of our recipes that has no sugar, no refined anything and still tastes great! (especially for people who don’t eat any sweeteners). Do you avoid refined sugars too?
