PB FUDGE CRUNCH

  1. In a large bowl, mix Instant Soy Protein, peanut butter, granola, syrup and coconut
  2. Place Shaklee Fiber Plan Crunch in a small bowl.
  3. Insert sticks into apples.
  4. Using a butter knife, spread peanut butter mixture evenly onto the apples.
  5. Roll in Shaklee Fiber Crunch
  6. refrigerate 1/2 hr before serving
