-Listen to your body – -Some people don’t introduce any of the “Yellow Light Foods” until they are completely symptom free. -In stage 2  -Eat as many “Green Light Foods” as needed. -Eat 0-4 servings of “Yellow Light Foods” a day -Only 1 serving of the ‘Yellow Light Foods’ should be a fruit. -Continue with “Green Light & Yellow Light Foods’ till scores are down to 70 (women) & 50 (men).
