Here are some of my most cherished smoothie recipes.  Notice, I have both regular varieties and ‘advanced taste bud’ versions to train your tastebuds to accept more veggies in our diets.  The more produce we eat, the healthier we become.  The more produce we eat, the more we get to fill our bodies with flora,  antioxidants and nutrients – some of which science hasn’t discovered yet!
