ok this was my first time doing Move It. Makes me feel really out of shape. lol I really enjoyed Jillians warmup because she talked me through the whole work out and kept me motivated. The party video to the pitbull song was just way too hard to follow so I skipped to the pyramid workout with the guy. He really didnt keep my interest and didnt talk much throughout the video. Plus it was really hard for me so i only got about half way through. Didnt have to complete last video:/

We’re just starting to post our daily workouts to our blog. Now, there are just two (which gives you some choices), and SOON, there will be many more choices for you! Will this help you? ~Regarding how you feel ‘out of shape’, I feel that with some of the videos too! That’s why I’m doing them, so I can get into the shape I want. Now that I’ve been working out for awhile, I’m gaining more endurance and ability. For some videos, I do the modifications. Do you?
