I really liked the warm up video. Video number 2 I couldn’t do because that song is so horrible, any time it comes on the radio, I change the station. I’ll give video 3 a try when I can jump again, but it looks like a good one.
Melissa, I’m glad you liked video 1! I choose the videos based on the variety of moves and the beat of the music. I can’t even understand the lyrics when they sing them. Of course, now that I’ve read them, I don’t support the lyrics’ message. Did you try the stretches found in #4 or are they too difficult for your hip?
