Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
- Life Protein, Vanilla, 2 scoops (6 T)
- Pumpkin Pie Spice, 1 tsp
- Vanilla Extract, 1/2 tsp
- True Lemon, dash
- liquid, 8 oz
- cinnamon, 1/4 teas
- pumpkin, canned, 1/2 c
*for more produce, add 4 oz of canned pumpkin to the mix!!
