- Feed the cells the nutrients they need (which are depleted in most foods today).
- Fly through the air on a mini trampoline (5-45 min. daily)
- Eat fresh food – fruits, veggies, grains, proteins. Mmmmm.
- Eat organic to reduce chemical calerie.
