Endometriosis alleviated, finally.

Endometriosis.

 
I had this pain 25 out of 28 days each month for a number of years.  It was diagnosed through symptomology first, then surgical laporoscapy.
 

Doctors recommended:

  1. Morphine
  2. birth control
  3. laporoscapy surgery every couple years

I choose the laporoscapy surgery.  Unfortunately, because I still had the candida overgrowth, the endo returned within a few months.  I began searching alternative medicine archives. 

 

Alternative Approach: 

I tried this for 3 years, without cheating.

  1. organic, mostly raw food diet, no hormones or antibiotics
  2. purified water
  3. excercize (5-45 min day on mini trampoline, aerobic, stretching)
  4. avoided 37 food allergens (including dairy, wheat, egg, some beans, etc)
  5. no refined sugar, caffiene, chemical preservatives or food dyes
  6. many brands of supplements (starting with cheap ones, ending with expensive brands.
  7. followed candida diet (no sugars, vinegars, processed meats, etc)

After 3 years of disciplined struggle, I still had Endometriosis and systemic Candida Overgrowth.

 

What finally worked:

I got rid of endo and the candida infection with Shaklee’s technology based products. :
  1. ALKALINE CELLS: Created with Energizing Soy, Vitalizer, Osteomatrix & Alfalfa
  2. DIET: As Shaklee strengthened my body and my food allergies were overcome, I gradually add in more foods.
  3. CANDIDA: killing the candida overgrowth (which is usually the root cause of endo.)
  4. SCAR TISSUE: dissolved with Fiber Plan
  5. ENDOMETRIAL LINING: repaired with antioxidants (A, B, C, E)  
  6. NERVOUS SYSTEM: balanced with B-complex
  7. HORMONES/ CELLULAR REJUVINATION: balanced with lots of Energizing Soy Protein
  8. HORMONES / INFLAMMATION: balanced with essential oils (omegaguard, gla, lecithin)
  9. DNA REPAIR: repaired damage DNA with Vivix  (which also rebalances hormones, keeps candida astray and keeps inflamation down)
  10. EXCERCIZE: (5-45 min day on mini trampoline, aerobic, stretching)

Cleanse daily for @ least 1 month. 

(Longer if you have a serious intestinal challenges.)

 

 

  1. Use 1 teas. Vivix to repair DNA damage. 

  2. Sweat!  Drink purified water.

  3. Use Herb Lax to purify the blood, which lessens the toxic load on the lymphatic system.  If your intestine is very inflamed or you experience vast diarrhea, begin very slowly with the Herb Lax, giving your body time to repair.  (Herb Lax instructions)

  4. Use the Optiflora System to restore the good flora (like acidopholis) which has been harmed by antibiotics, birth control,

  6. Use our Fiber Plan or Cinch to get 25-50 grams of fiber a day.

Causes? 

A variety of factors can cause the stomach to cramp or intestine to get ‘clogged’ or coated, leading to mal-absorption or allergy issues.

  • insufficient fiber: most Americans eat 5-7 grams of fiber (recommended 25-50 grams)
  • Candida overgrowth causing ‘leaky gut’ (microscopic holes in intestinal walls allowing foods to enter bloodstream and causing histamine overproduction & antibody formation)
  • insufficient pure water intake
  • too much refined sugar
  • too many processed foods stripped of live enzymes
  • inefficient enzyme production or hydrochloric acid in the stomach
  • food allergy / sensitivity causing undigested food to coat the intestine

Hormone Elevator – too bumpy to ride? 

People who eat poor diets and put themselves under an enormous amount of stress will not be in balance; their bodies will create disease. This can manifest as hormone problems (hormone inbalance, PMS, moodiness, anxiety, irritability, breast tenderness, backaches, headaches, excessive bleeding, pain, fibroids, pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, miscarriage, early menopause, low energy, low sex drive), pancreatic illness, heart disease, high blood pressure, and eventually cancer.

Lifestyle of many women with menstrual disorders:

  • very stressed (good and bad stress counts)
  • unbalanced diet  (Should be 30% protein, 40% carbs, 30% fat)
  • too much high fat meat
  • too many simple carbs (white sugar & flour)
  • too few complex carbs (whole grains, legumes, beans, veggies, fruits)
  • too many dehydrating liquids (alcohal, soda, coffee)
  • too many carbonated beverages (inhibits calcium metabolism)
  • too many foods that create ‘acidic cells’
